Excellent service very fast, consider going very early or after 6 as the sun shines directly on the windows and the hot and dazzling reflection is very annoying

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, No me quisieron recibir mi paquete, por que tiene que llevar otra caja el paquete ¡¡eso me dijeron!! Y le dije mi producto tiene caja y está forrada con plastico y no es frágil no entiendo por qué no, y me dijeron que son políticas de la empresa.
Me querían vender una caja carísima $ 70 aprox. siendo que en DHL Y ESTAFETA así como las mando me las reciben y nunca he tenido problemas no vuelvo a mandar paquetes por fedex ?
Terrible service, they did not want me to receive my package, because the package has to take another box, that's what they told me !! And I told him my product has a box and is lined with plastic and is not fragile, I do not understand why not, and they told me that they are company policies.
They wanted to sell me a very expensive box for $ 70 approx. Being that in DHL AND ESTAFETA as well as I send them they receive them and I have never had problems I do not send packages by fedex again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En los horarios publicados dice que regresan a las 2 de la hora de comida. Realmente regresan 3 de la tarde. Actualicen sus horarios de manera correcta.
In the published schedules it says that they return at 2 o'clock for lunch. They really come back 3 in the afternoon. Update your schedules correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , entregué un paquete de mercado libre por devolución y solo me sellaron una hoja , le comenté al que me atendió que si no lo registraría en el sistema y dijo que con ese sello podía reclamar en mercado libre ,ya que si no lo registran en ese instante tarda más el rembolso , adjunto el sello que a mí ver no tiene validez
