★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio de FedEx. En mi envío (Sobre con documentos) de Gudalajar a Coatzacoalcos EXPRESS vía avión. No cumplieron con la entrega al siguiente día. Al quejarme y solicitar la remuneración del costo, me responden que hubo bloques carreteros en dos tramos ajenos a FedEx. ¿Bloqueo carretero? Pero si pague el Servicio por avión. Solo faltó que indicaran que había muchos "Topes" en el trayecto. Lo pero es que escriben que para ellos está cerrada la queja y que si necesito seguir que empiece de nuevo. Eso de la fidelidad de entrega a tiempo de la película "El Naufrago" era pura película. Nada con lo real

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve casi una hora haciendo fila para que me atendieran en la sucursal de Hidalgo en Coatzacoalcos, llegando al mostrador de la izquierda, el empleado me pidió el RFC de los destinatarios, antes no los pedían, como no los llevaba a la mano, dijo que iba a atender a otra persona, y se fue a la parte de atrás, me terminó de atender el empleado del otro mostrador.
