★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy prepotente. Se les olvida el servicio de calidad no sé si sea por el calor pero pues todos nos merecemos un buen servicio. De plano no lo recomiendo
 The staff is very pushy. They forget the quality service, I don't know if it's because of the heat, but we all deserve good service. Flatly I do not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que podrían poner asientos en algun sitio para que la gente en la fila espere más cómodamente. Solo es sugerencia, porque el tiempo de espera es bastante prolongado
I think they could put seats somewhere for people in line to wait more comfortably. It is only a suggestion, because the waiting time is quite long

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala, muy mala experiencia. Mi paquete lleva 2 semanas y no me dan razon de el. Mi cliente esta preocupado porque ni con el número de guia le dan respuesta. Aparte, jamás contestan en el numero de teléfono que muestran en sus páginas, llevo mas de 20 llamadas en diferentes momentos de estos dias y jamás toman la llamada. Muy mal, que pésimo, horrrible experiencia.
Bad, very bad experience. My package has been 2 weeks and they don't give me a reason for it. My client is worried because they don't even give him an answer with the tracking number. Besides, they never answer the phone number they show on their pages, I have more than 20 calls at different times these days and they never take the call. Very bad, what a lousy, horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, quien me atendio por asi decirlo, fue grosero al contestar mis dudas sobre un envio que deseaba hacer. Los tenia en un buen concepto pero por personal como ese deja mucho que desear.
Terrible service, who attended me so to speak, was rude when answering my questions about a shipment I wanted to make. I had them in a good concept but for personnel like that it leaves a lot to be desired.
