★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio a medias, ya que si quieres enviar por cobrar dicen que no tienen ese servicio, a fuerza debes pagar. En todos los demás puedo enviar por cobrar, éste es el único que me han dicho eso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gracias por sus comentarios buenos y malos, por que nos ayudan a mejorar. El horario de la sucursal es de 9 AM A 6 PM DE LUNES A VIERNES Y DE 9 AM A 1 PM LOS SÁBADOS, siempre ha sido nuestro horario desde hace unos 10 años. Sin embargo en la pagina de Fedex esta equivocada la información, hemos solicitado que lo cambien pero no se ha logrado. En este tiempo de pandemia la atención es más lenta por razones de seguridad, lamentamos cualquier inconveniente que les ocasione.
LEO ALGUNAS QUEJAS CON LOS SIGUIENTES PUNTOS:
1. ESTACIONAMIENTO: si tenemos un patio suficientemente grande para al menos 3 autos, les sugerimos entrar y no bloquear y / o estacionamiento y tienen que quedarse en la calle.
2. Veo muchas quejas por los envíos a frontera y sus requisitos. Lo que menos queremos hacer, es fastidiar a nuestros clientes con requisitos innecesarios. Son tramites que la empresa nos pide, y que ademas nosotros necesitamos para tener un control de sus envíos.
3. Si somo una concesión, y ha habido años muy difíciles, no estaba descuidado por que así nos guste, este año nos hemos esforzado mucho más para poder hacer agradable su visita a nuestra sucursal y la hemos remodelado. BIENVENIDOS :)

The branch office hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY AND FROM 9 AM to 1 PM ON SATURDAYS, it has always been our hours for about 10 years. However, the information on the Fedex page is wrong, we have requested that they change it but it has not been achieved. In this time of pandemic, attention is slower for security reasons, we regret any inconvenience that may cause you.
I READ SOME COMPLAINTS WITH THE FOLLOWING POINTS:
1. PARKING: if we have a patio big enough for at least 3 cars, we suggest you enter and not block and / or parking and you have to stay on the street.
2. I see a lot of complaints about border shipments and their requirements. The least we want to do is pester our customers with unnecessary requirements. They are procedures that the company asks us, and that we also need to have control of their shipments.
3. If we are a concession, and there have been very difficult years, I was not neglected because we like it that way, this year we have tried much more to make your visit to our branch pleasant and we have remodeled it. WELCOME :)
