Esperamos nuestro paquete todo el día y nos llegó la notificación de que ya había sido entregado. El repartidor falsificó la firma y lo sabemos porque escribió mal el nombre. Quien envío el paquete fue a reclamar y no resolvieron nada. Al ir a esta oficina de Fedex solo nos dieron el número de teléfono del repartidor. El señor lo entregó de muy mala gana, el paquete venía abierto y la medicina que venía dentro le faltaba una caja y la otra estaba rota. Espero que mejoren su servicio e investiguen este tipo de casos. They have the same problem as Estafeta a couple of years ago: package theft. v	victor osuna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ un pésimo servicio y atención de la señorita y joven al mostrador .....con especialidad del del joven en poligrafía porque analizo mi letra y afirmo que estaba falsificando un documento y no me pudo entregar aun mostrándole todo para hacerlo y de la señorita la intriga por encima de todo porque afirmaba que yo falsifique dicho documento aun mostrando mi ine mi firma y documento de entrega a mi nombre hacen muy lento y poco profesional el servicio y al frente de una empresa en la cual pone en ellos su respaldo...completamente de a cuerdo en todo lo que sea tramite pero es de mas lo problemáticos estas 2 personas a lousy service and attention from the lady and young man at the counter ..... with a specialty of the young man in polygraphy because he analyzed my handwriting and affirmed that he was falsifying a document and he could not deliver me even showing him everything to do it and from the lady the it intrigues above all because he claimed that I falsified said document even showing my ine my signature and delivery document in my name make the service very slow and unprofessional and at the head of a company in which he puts his support in them... completely sane in everything that is processed but it is too much how problematic these 2 people are
