★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escondido y cada vez retrasan y empeoran las entregas, nadie sabe nada y nadie te puede dar solución ó respuesta clara y especifica, ya no te contesta un ser humano el teléfono, sino una máquina que NUNCA soluciona ni responde dudas. Ha degradado en demasía su servicio de TODO. ??????????
 Hidden and every time deliveries are delayed and worsened, nobody knows anything and nobody can give you a solution or a clear and specific answer, no longer a human being answers the phone, but a machine that NEVER solves or answers questions. You've downgraded your EVERYTHING service too much. ??????????

They are not punctual when opening...the opening hours are 30 minutes later...and they arrive late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está fatal que en la página diga un horario de cierre a las 20:00hrs y la sucursal cierre a las 19:00, es más fácil que el cliente se entere del horario en internet a mostrar los horarios con una hoja de máquina en la puerta .
It is fatal that on the page it says a closing time at 8:00 p.m. and the branch closes at 7:00 p.m., it is easier for the client to find out the schedule on the internet than to show the schedules with a machine sheet on the door .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pague el envío a domicilio y nunca llegó minutos más tarde notifican que estuvieron en el domicilio, pero no, yo creo que solos se engañan, no llamaron para recibir la compra, segunda ocasión que hacen lo mismo no entregan a domicilio, deberían de ser honestos...
