★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan los teléfonos, necesitaba información sobre mi paquete ya que se me envió desde la semana pasada y por el rastreo lleva desde ayer en la oficina y aun no me lo envían a ocosingo. Y solo veo que escanean mi paquete pero no veo que lo envíen a mi destino .
They never answer the phones, I needed information about my package since it was sent to me since last week and due to the tracking it has been in the office since yesterday and they still haven't sent it to Ocosingo. And I only see that they scan my package but I do not see that they send it to my destination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy viernes 18/Feb/22 llegué a las 6:00 PM me dijo la señora que trabaja ahí que ya está cerrado, deberían cerrar a las 6:30 PM como dice el horario pero ya no quiere trabajar esa mujer, mejor contraten trabajadores competentes.
Today Friday 18/Feb/22 I arrived at 6:00 PM The lady who works there told me that it is already closed, they should close at 6:30 PM as the schedule says but that woman no longer wants to work, better hire competent workers .
