Ya sé que esta reseña va a ser respondida con una respuesta predeterminada. FedEx, mejor ni se molesten; sigan perdiendo el tiempo y pasándose los días con su jeta de perro. Pésimo para envíos hacia y desde San Cristóbal. Recolecciones “programadas” con ventanas de horario de 6 horas, y ni siquiera eso pueden respetar; llegan cuando se les da la gana, con su actitud súper chafa hacia el cliente, se enojan por todo e inmediatamente se ponen groseros. ¡Y qué decir de las entregas a domicilio! Si no contestas el teléfono a la primera (si es que se dignan en llamarte) ya mejor ni se acercan a tu domicilio y hay que rogarles para que alguien te atienda. Mejor ahórrense el mal rato y paguen a empresas que sí valen la pena, no como esta a la que el cliente le importa muy poco.

Buen servicio, atencion amable y profesional de parte del personal encargado de mostrador. Muy rara la vez hay que hacer fila y toca esperar pero es comprensible por la carga de trabajo que pueda haber, por lo general a partir de las 4.30 pm esta mas frecuentado.
Good service, friendly and professional attention from the staff in charge of the counter. Very rarely do you have to queue and have to wait, but it is understandable due to the workload that there may be, usually after 4:30 pm it is more frequented.

Pésimo servicio, mi paquete estuvo una semana en las oficinas, lo fui a buscar personalmente y me dijeron que no me lo podían entregar porque según ellos tenían muchos paquetes y no les daría tiempo porque ya iban a salir y llegue más de una hora antes de que cerraran; y dos de sellos estaban sentados platicando

Fedex es en mi experiencia una mala mensajería, tratan muy mal a los paquetes, aunque tengan etiquetas de frágil no les importa nada... Nunca había usado esta sucursal, me pareció normal el servicio al cliente, un poco lento, pero nada grave. espero que mi ? llegue muy bien a su destino. Les sugiero que capaciten a todo su personal, es la cara de la empresa, y si los empleados no tienen buena actitud, o algunos empleados avientan los paquetes quien queda mal es FEDEX, cuidado con quién contratan. Mejoren, mejoren, mejoren.

Una mentada de matrix, empezamos con el personal, tiene una Jeta qué parecen muertos en vida, No quiero una respuesta de FedEx programada, y si es así DHL rifa más que ustedes jajajja, pero bueno pónganse a capacitar a sus empleados, si no quieren trabajar qué no trabajen, prefiero hacer fila y esperar si me tratan bien, pero de que sirve que haga una fila larga si me van a tratar de la shet cuando pase a dejar mi paquete, entiendo que estén estresados pero también bajenle un poco También algunos clientes imprudentes no respetan la cola y tardan bastante como si fueran hacer un tramite bancario Su servicio también tiene ciertas discrepancias como retraso al recolectar pedidos En resumen, hagan qué sus empleados sean más humanos, parecen máquinas programadas para atenderte con flojera y enojo 1/10

The personal attending in the front desk is usually not polite with clients and slow. Even if you ask for something very politely they ignore you or answer rudely. The business location is hard for finding where to park your car.

This place charged me $75 USD CASH ONLY to send a small package with no rush to South Carolina. Absurd. Must better luck with the local freighters - Huipex(?) up by the artisan market.
