★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio de muy mala calidad... te hacen abrir los paquetes argumentando que es por orden federal y es mentira...si fuera verdad en todas las paqueterias lo solicitarian...DHL Estafeta o Red pack jamás lo hace... mucha gente atendiendo en una sucursal pequeña con gran volumen de envíos y a un si se la pasan platicando y hacen esperar a los clientes tratandonos con prepotencia... groseros...de verdad es un martirio ir a esa sucursal .... lamentablemente es un mal necesario por qué me mandan las guías para Fedex y otras paqueterias .. y por eso doy mi opinión por qué son envíos constantes y cuando toca en envíos al Fedex prefiero pagar a una mensajería local para que lleve el paquete y lo entregue por mi...se que no lograre nada con este mensaje... solo que si pueden ir a otras sucursales o otros paquerias seria lo mejor.. Gracias.
Very poor quality service ... they make you open the packages arguing that it is by federal order and it is a lie ... if it were true in all the packages they would request it ... DHL Estafeta or Red pack never does it ... many people attending a small branch with a large volume of shipments and even if they spend it talking and make customers wait treating us with arrogance ... rude ... it really is a martyrdom to go to that branch ... unfortunately it is a bad necessary, why do they send me the guides for Fedex and other packages ... and that is why I give my opinion why they are constant shipments and when it comes to shipments to Fedex I prefer to pay a local courier to take the package and deliver it for me ... .I know that I will not achieve anything with this message ... only that if you can go to other branches or other stores it would be the best ... Thank you.

Es mejor ir a santa fe que llevarlo nuevamente ahí

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar cierra de uno a dos minutos antes no respetan el horario, a parte mal servicio te hacen abrir los paquetes cosa que en ningun otro fedex lo hacen, lo hacen porque les molesta que les regreses los envios y buscan cualquier cosa para no mandarlos por algun detalle mal servicio y a parte la prepotencia como si los mensajeron fueran los dueños y a parte te dejan espeeando porque estan platicando en horas laborales, no bueno Hello
