Van 2 ocasiones que intento hacer envíos en esta sucursal y.... o no tienen sistema o niegan el servicio por una excusa de empaque, cuando soy un usuario con número de cuenta de hace 3 años y hacemos mínimo 10 envíos a la semana (no es el primer envío que se hace ahi) Igual ya tienen muchos clientes y no necesitan más por ello te hacen Gtas y una atención bien Qlera.
If you want to waste your time here it is !!!! There are 2 occasions that I try to make shipments in this branch and ... either they do not have a system or they deny the service for a packaging excuse, when I am a user with an account number of 3 years ago and we make at least 10 shipments a week ( It is not the first shipment that is made there) They already have many clients and they do not need more for that reason they give you Gtas and a good Qlera attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El paquete que recibí de campeche venia incompleto, denuncie a las oficinas con ustedes mande evidencia, fotos de la caja y los productos faltantes. Lastima no son opcion y no los recomendaria.
The package I received from Campeche was incomplete, I reported it to the offices with you, send evidence, photos of the box and the missing products. Too bad they are not an option and I would not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una mala experiencia, normalmente yo llevo mis envios a esa sucursal pero apenas el lunes pasado no me recibieron mis paquetes, porque según se implementó una nueva ley y que tengo que llevar cierta documentación,
La verdad investigué en internet y no existe cierta información, y mis paquetes los llevé a la sucursal se Tlalnepantla centro y no tuve ningún problema
En esta semana ya he ido a 3 sucursales diferentes y no ha habido problema, no se si la sucursal pone esas reglas y la pregunta es por qué en unas sucursales si te quieren recibir y en otras no?
No tenemos su tiempo
Con esta es la segunda sucursal donde hay inconformidad y te ponen cualquier pretexto (reyes Heroles y Mariano Escobedo Tlalnepantla)

In this week I have already gone to 3 different branches and there has been no problem, I do not know if the branch puts those rules and the question is why in some branches if they want to receive you and in others not?

This is the second branch where there is disagreement and they give you any pretext (Kings Heroles and Mariano Escobedo Tlalnepantla)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mal desde que llegue a enviar el paquete, eran casi las 11 de la mañana, y el empleado estaba trapeando y me dijo que hasta que terminara de limpiar podia pasar.
por fin termino y entre a dejar mi paquete, me recibio con prisas mi guia del siguiente dia y la cargo como economica (5 dias), ya van 3 dias y mi paquete aun no llega y en el call center no pueden hacer nada que porque asi se cargó en sucursal!!! increible
