★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de los empleados en especial de una persona de nombre benjamín al menos así dice llamarse ,y siempre casualmente dan las 5 y dejan de tener sistema más bien creo que les da flojera atender ,pongan otros horarios entonces para que uno vaya a la segura de ser atendido

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay respeto por el horario establecido, ni en el local, ni en el que aparece aquí en Google maps. Supuestamente atienden a las 9:30 hrs pero ya son 9:50 y ni un aviso de que aún tardarán ahh pero que tal para cerrar hasta una hora antes (5pm) con la excusa de que "ya no hay sistema" he ido a otros establecimientos FedEx casi 15 minutos antes de cerrar y no me han salido con ese "inconveniente"
There is no respect for the established schedule, neither in the premises, nor in the one that appears here on Google maps. Supposedly they attend at 9:30 a.m. but it is already 9:50 a.m. and there is no notice that they will still take ahh but what about closing until an hour before (5pm) with the excuse that "there is no system anymore" I have gone to others FedEx establishments almost 15 minutes before closing and they have not come out with that "problem"

El tiempo de servicio y espera es aceptable siempre y cuando no te encuentres con alguien quien maneje volúmenes muy grandes de mercancía por enviar o recibir de ahí en fuera esta muy bien su eficiencia y trato, no cuenta con estacionamiento por encontrarse dentro de una central camionera, sus costos siempre están variantes por guiarse por cotizaciones internacionales, los tiempos que indican no siempre resultan tan acertados y es un punto a tener en cuenta.
