Pésima atención... hace tiempo había ido y me dijeron que recibiendo envíos a las 6 de la tarde. Y ahora que fui a las 5:30... Fui a otro y ahí si me atendieron bien y me lo recibieron.... No es la primera vez que tengo que ir ahí y de verdad sales hasta molesto de la pésima actitudes de las personas que ahí laboran. Deberían supervisar ese centro, de verdad aun me toque ir a otro lugar del otro lado de la ciudad, lo prefiero a volver a regresar ahí... Repito, super mega pesimaaaaaaa atención.
Terrible attention ... I had been there a long time and they told me that they were receiving shipments at 6 in the afternoon. And now that I went at 5:30 ... It is not the first time that I have to go there and you really come out upset at the terrible attitudes of the people who work there. They should supervise that center, I really still have to go to another place on the other side of the city, I prefer to go back there ... I repeat, super mega pesimaaaaaa attention.

Está bien pero me pasó que me atiendan con poca amabilidad y sin darme comprobante o decirme algo, simplemente recibir el paquete y decirme "ya está" cuando me quedaba esperando. Los horarios no me sirven mucho pero eso ya es cosa personal con mis horarios de trabajo. Otros centros de envíos tienenejor atención o despacho automatizado.
It's fine, but it happened to me that they treated me with little kindness and without giving me a receipt or telling me anything, simply receiving the package and telling me "it's done" when I was waiting. The schedules are not very useful to me but that is already a personal thing with my work schedules. Other shipping centers have better service or automated dispatch.

La atención al cliente está muy bien, siempre son muy amables. Pero hoy si me moleste un poco, estuve esperando casi 30 min. Pará poder enviar un paquete y la razón fue; el sistema, que estaba muy lento, la verdad es que no creo que la compañía no tenga recursos para tener un sistema más eficaz. Lo digo por que, esa media hora o un poco más, movió toda mi mañana y deje de hacer algunas cosas.
Customer service is very good, they are always very friendly. But today if it bothers me a little, I was waiting almost 30 min. To be able to send a package and the reason was; the system, which was very slow, the truth is that I don't think the company doesn't have the resources to have a more efficient system. Antes pedia por aquí y la verdad todo muy bien PERO AHORA ? NO VUELVO A PEDIR resulta que me llego mi paquete abierto y para acabarla me sacaron dos productos con valor de poco más de $2000 pesos, lo peor esque yo no lo recogi lo recogio mi esposo y le dijeron que el paquete se veía así porque estaba debajo de un colchón y el colchón lo abrió hágame el favor seguramente el colchón también sacó los productos muy mal servicio y para acabarla no saben nada ahí según ni agarran nada

They had my package, when I returned after dinner break at 4:30pm. They are closed from 2-4 pm , as are many businesses in Mexico.
