★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy lento e ineficiente, para pasar a traer un paquete en el local hay que esperar afuera en pleno sol hasta 40 minutos para ser atendido en una fila larga y lenta a causa de servicio tan lento.
 The service is very slow and inefficient, to go to bring a package in the store you have to wait up to 40 minutes outside in full sun to be served in a long and slow line because of such slow service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Increíble que solo tengan una persona en sucursal y un solo mostrador, siempre hay una fila enorme afuera de FedEx y hay que esperar en el sol, no hay nada de sombra.
La última vez tuve que esperar una hora y media para realizar un envío de paquete.
Pésimo servicio
Incredible that they only have one person in the branch and one counter, there is always a huge line outside FedEx and you have to wait in the sun, there is no shade at all.
Last time I had to wait an hour and a half to send a package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me llegó mi producto en tiempo y forma y luego no querían ir a dejarlo hasta la casa lo fueron a dejar y lo dejaron a pie de calle cuando se supe que era entrega recidencial algo así decía y pues según el producto llegaba el 31 de mayo y hasta el día de hoy llego y solo lo llevaron porque hice el reporte en atención a clientes la verdad pésimo el servicio de fedex en puerto escondido

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ship with FEDEX - it's the worst way you can send a shipment. They are useless! My shipment is at their store in Puerto since 6 days and is not getting delivered. Most of the shipments are laying outside in the sun.
Not to recommend at all - try DHL 100% better! Or Estafeta!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chaotic and no service. People have to stay in the sun waiting for hours to get a package or to send. and no one cares. Of course it is not the people’s fault, but fedex charges a lot for sending so they should take care of the stuff and the customers. But it is a total rip off. Worst company in this business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well no effort for delivery. Online says they are open at 9 am. They don’t open until 11 am. Get with the program FedEx. DHL has been bang on all the time. Going to switch 100% with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never received my packages. They sit in a warehouse in Puerto Escondido & have never been delivered. They came once, asked for money from one of my caretakers & when they didn't have the money they left and never returned. I've gone several times to get the packages myself however the line is 20+ people long and they never answer their phone. Good luck ever getting anything from them, it's been 3 months for me.
