★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me presenté antes de las 3 donde dice que cierran ya que pedí unos regalos para navidad y resulta que cerraron antes, con las esperanza de regrese a las cuatro ya que por este medio decía que estaba abierto, me di cuenta que estaban adentro y les toque saliendo un tipo molesto diciéndome que cerraron a la 1 pm y qué van abrir hasta el día 26, que mal servicio ya que no informan al cliente al menos hubieran puesto algún anuncio antes de este día, esto me da la sospecha que los señores no querían que se les juntara la gente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita que atiende el teléfono te deja colgado , podrían mejorar ese aspecto, ya que sus cotizaciones se pueden convertir en ventas, marque el viernes 4 de marzo a la 1pm y si me atiendio pero luego me dejó esperando el precio de la cotización.
The lady who answers the phone leaves you hanging, they could improve that aspect, since their quotes can be converted into sales, dial Friday March 4 at 1pm and if she answered me but then she left me waiting for the price of the quote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porquería de servicio !! Mi paquete llegó 1 semana después porque me hicieron una movida muy culera diciéndome que su camioneta de había volcado, cuando ni siquiera lo habían mandado ? Mi paquete iba para una ciudad y me lo mandaron a otra. No te dan soluciones rápidas y te inventan cuentos del porque tú pedido no llego .. nunca contestan los teléfonos ni el WhatsApp de "atención al cliente", es muy malo el servicio. No lo recomiendo a nadie. Mejor váyanse a un lugar seguro... Ellos no lo son. La señora nomás se hace pendeja jugando solitario en la computadora que tienen de la época de las cavernas !! En vdd el peor lugar para llevar sus paquetes.
