★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total ineptitud de la chica joven en el mostrador, mandé un paquete a ocurre Colonia centro en Saltillo. Después de 3 días no lo habían mandado, cuando pregunte el motivo , dijeron que no puse la dirección de FedEx Centro en Saltillo . Cómo si ellos no la tuvieran, aclarando que en Saltillo solo hay dos sucursales y la segunda está en la carretera lejos del centro. Además para eso se ponen los teléfonos del remitente y remitido. Donde está el compromiso de buen servicio ? La despota empleada me colgó cuando le dije que solo hay dos sucursales allá . Solo hay huevonada de ese personal mal capacitado. Especialmente la muchacha más joven que además es grosera con el público.
Total ineptitude of the young girl at the counter, I sent a package to Colonia Centro in Saltillo.
