Yo le comenté que no tenía cinta para yo misma poner la hoja de guía.
Que si me podía regalar (Ya que en otras paqueterías me han regalado cinta) para yo terminar de envolver el paquete
Me dijo que no. (De mala gana)
Que sí quería me la podía vender a $10 pesos
Y solo es cinta!! Que la misma empresa da.
No me importa el dinero, pero la actitud y la forma que hacen las cosas molesta. Ya que si trabas en servicio al cliente por lo menos tienes que ser más carismática.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima la atención al cliente, la verdad no se porque tienen à esas personas " trabajando" en esa empresa, no saludan, reciben de mal modo lo que tengas que enviar y toda vía te amenazan que la próxima vez ya no te recibirán sino va pegado la hoja, de verdad mal la experiencia al ir. Ojalá pusieran atención al seleccionar al personal. Gracias a nosotros tienen trabajo y creo eso no lo saben.
Lousy customer service, the truth is I don't know why they have those people "working" in that company, they don't say hello, they receive what you have to send in a bad way and they still threaten you that next time they won't receive you but it's stuck the leaf, really bad experience when going. I wish they would pay attention when selecting the staff. Thanks to us they have a job and I think they don't know that.
