★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se niegan a hacer tu envió a estados fronterizos si no les das una copia de ti identificación, que segun ellos tu se las tienes que llevar por que su copiadora no sirve, no se supone que basta con exhibir la identificación, no es culpa de los clientes que su copiadora no sirva.
Y en otra ocasión fuia alrededor de la 1:00 de la tarde y me dieron que mi envió ya no saldría ese día que mejor fuera a otra sucursal, la verdad es que las mujeres que atienden ahí tiene muy poca actitud de servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda ocasión que mandó vajillas con ustedes y segunda ocasión que llegan rotas las piezas ahora de una vajilla de cerámica de 60 piezas rompieron 13 y eso no se vale se supone que deben de tener cuidado con cristaleria y ceramica les pusieron 20 pegotes en la caja del envío de copas "FRAGIL" la empaquete con unicel, plastico, periodico etc.etc y ni asi pueden tener cuidado si mi cliente me regresa la vajilla los hare responsables eso no es un servicio de calidad eso es valerles un sorbete nuestros envios y si no pueden mejor retirense y no presten un servicio tan de pésima calidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abren a la hora que quieren, lugar sin estacionamiento, si tienes todo el tiempo del día libre y lo quieres perder , ven aquí.
Recomiendo mejor DHL, solo por qué de aquí me mandaron la guía para una devolución.
Pero yo jamás volvería a usar está empresa de paquetería .
