★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues esta bien. La atención al cliente si es un poco deficiente. Hay veces que mis paquetes han llegado maltratos al lugar de destino, aún a pesar de que les solicitó que lo clasifiquen como frágil, de plano uno llegó roto.
 Well it's OK. Customer service is a bit lacking. There are times that my packages have been mistreated at the destination, even though they were asked to classify it as fragile, one of them arrived broken.

Solo entregan de 12 a 4 envios por cobrar
Pesimo que una empresa de ese tipo no acepte mas que efectivo para esos pagos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar, la vez que fui fueron muy amables conmigo a pesar de los paquetes que llevaba. Aunque ahora por la pandemia si se hace mucha cola, creo que podría mejorar. La atención es rápida si ya llevas tu guía, por lo que sugiero que lo hagas si es tu situación.
No utilicen cajas de huevo para el envío. Puedes tomar cualquier otro cartón, pero estás no son aceptadas.
No hay estacionamiento como tal, así que hay que tener cuidado para dejar el carro/camioneta porque es justo en la avenida/carretera.
It is a good place, the time I went they were very kind to me despite the packages I was carrying. Although now due to the pandemic there is a long queue, I think it could improve. Attention is fast if you already have your guide, so I suggest you do it if it is your situation.
Do not use egg cartons for shipping. You can take any other cardboard, but these are not accepted.
There is no parking as such, so you have to be careful to leave the car/van because it is right on the avenue/highway.
