Cómo se puede ver en la foto, hay varias personas que se encuentran molestas debido a que muchos de nosotros estabamos formados afuera de esta oficina y sin previo aviso cerraron sus puertas y detuvieron su atención. Ahora, entiendo que sus horarios de atención sean fijos pero es molesto que no tomen consideración alguna del tiempo de sus clientes al no avisar a las personas que estaban formadas que ya no continuarían proporcionando sus servicios. I would like to write a positive review since the parcel service is good but the service of this establishment is unfortunate. As you can see from the photo, there are several people who are upset that many of us were lined up outside this office and without warning closed their doors and stopped their attention. Now, I understand that their hours of operation are fixed but it is annoying that they do not take any consideration of the time of their clients by not warning the people who were trained that they would no longer continue to provide their services.

De igual manera la posición de la plaza dónde se encuentra es buena porque es centrica, pero es una de las zona más complicadas de llegar a tiempo si andas con prisa, más por las horas pico de la ciudad, la entrada por coche al estacionamiento puede ser liosa si solo vas por tu paquete, pues debes contemplar que el estacionamiento da una hora de cortesía. Otra cosa muy importante es que usualmente mandan todos los paquetes aquí que se tenía por entendido enviar al local que antes se ubicaba en Méndez (el cuál ya no existe). Pero reitero, esta dentro de la plaza. Local pequeño, casi imperceptible. Si vas en auto conviene entrar directo al estacionamiento de la plaza.
