Lo malo... el servicio telefónico, si no van a tener ese servicio, que lo quiten de Google Maps porque nadie te contesta en ninguna sucursal de FedEx Xalapa.
 The good thing... the service inside is good, at least the girl who attended me supported me in all my doubts.
The bad thing... the telephone service, if they are not going to have that service, remove it from Google Maps because no one answers you at any FedEx Xalapa branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en mostrador muy buena, estoy a disgusto porque argumentaron que no encontraron mi domicilio y otras empresas de paquetería siguen llegando sin problema, además, mandaron mi paquete a un área llamada abandono de dónde me costó tiempo recuperarlo, que lamentable.
The service at the counter was very good, I am upset because they argued that they did not find my address and other parcel companies continue to arrive without a problem, in addition, they sent my package to an area called abandonment from where it took me time to recover it, which is unfortunate.
