★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. Le faltan el respeto a la gente. Pagué envío express, mi envío llegó dañado, me dijeron que abrirían un reporte, me hicieron perder horas en llamadas donde me derivaban de un lado a otro para luego decirme que habían cerrado mi reporte hace tiempo.
 Appalling. They disrespect people. I paid express shipping, my shipment arrived damaged, they told me that they would open a report, they made me lose hours on calls where they referred me from one place to another and then told me that they had closed my report a long time ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre, nos ponen algun "pero" en esa sucursal, copas con embalaje que llega de China a México ahí no lo aceptan, se tiene que hacer dos viajes a la paquetería haber quien te cambia las "maneras correctas" de envío.
Se da la facilidad de llegar con guías impresas para agilizar el servicio en mostrador, y, resulta siendo todo lo contrario.
Lo asesores, no te asesoran, solo te niegan el servicio.
Sólo vamos a ese lugar por el horario, deberían tener más opciones con horario prolongado.
They always give us some "but" in that branch, cups with packaging that arrives from China to Mexico, they don't accept it there, you have to make two trips to the parcel to have someone change the "correct ways" of shipping.
It is easy to arrive with printed guides to speed up counter service, and it turns out to be the opposite.
You advise them, they don't advise you, they only deny you the service.
We only go to that place because of the hours, they should have more options with long hours.

Me atienden bien y rápido pero porque ya llevo mis guías impresas. Solo reciben mis paquetes.
Tal vez deberían agilizar el proceso si piden ahí algún envío, si he visto que tardan mucho con clientes que solicitan envíos.
Esta muy bien ubicado, el inconveniente es que no hay donde estacionar el carro rápido o si no llevas a alguien contigo puede ser tardado el tema de la estacionada.
A good company to make your shipments ?.
They serve me well and quickly but because I already have my printed guides. They only receive my packages.
Maybe they should speed up the process if they order a shipment there, if I have seen that it takes a long time with customers requesting shipments.
It is very well located, the drawback is that there is no where to park the fast car or if you do not take someone with you, the issue of parking may be delayed.

Horrible attention, lousy service. I would take stars from the place if there was an option, the man had zero disposition. I do not recommend it.
