★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, ponen sus teléfonos y jamás contestan, te piden de dónde te envían tu paquete q te rastreen tu guía y jamás contestan, quieres información de algún costo y mucho menos.
 Very bad service, they put their phones and they never answer, they ask you where they send your package from to track your guide and they never answer, you want information at some cost and much less.

ME LLAMARON A LAS 19:30 PARA DECIRME QUE MI PAQUETE TENIA MAL LA DIRECCIÓN (LO QUE NO ES VERDAD) Y QUE ME LO ENTREGARIAN AL DIA SIGUIENTE.... SIGO ESPERANDO Y NO LLEGA, NO DAN RESPUESTA Y NO ME PARECE JUSTO. LES DARIA 0 ESTRELLAS, LÁSTIMA QUE NO ES POSIBLE.
THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE CALLS AND MY PACKAGE SHOULD BE DELIVERED ON MONDAY THE 31ST. THEY CALLED ME AT 7:30 PM TO TELL ME THAT MY PACKAGE HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS (WHICH IS NOT TRUE) AND THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY.... I KEEP WAITING AND IT DOESN'T COME, THEY DO NOT GIVE AN ANSWER AND IT DOESN'T SEEM FAIR. I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS, Pity THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el que tiene está empresa. Para empezar tardan demasiado para enviar un paquete. En 2 semanas o más no pudieron enviarme el mío, al final fue devuelto al remitente, ah pero ahí si de un día a otro. Con razón muchos comentan que es la peor paquetería. Y así es. Solamente dan pretextos diciendo cosas ilógicas. Ni una estrella se merecen.
Terrible service that this company has. They take too long to ship a package to begin with. In 2 weeks or more they could not send me mine, in the end it was returned to the sender, ah but there if from one day to the next. No wonder many comment that it is the worst parcel. And so it is. They only make excuses by saying illogical things. They don't deserve a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asco de paquetería para empezar el cobro elevado que hacen el cual se supone cubre que llegue a tu domicilio y en ningun momento lo hacen en el seguimiento te ponen como que tu pedido tiene la dirección incorrecta vienes a la tienda y te dicen que ahi no esta que vayas a la bodega en cierto horario puede ir alguien mas pero piden copias de ine y una carta por parte del titular donde cede el derecho a la persona para recojerlo, marcas y nadie responde.
Disgusting parcel to start the high charge that they make which is supposed to cover that it arrives at your home and at no time do they do it in the follow-up they put you as if your order has the wrong address you come to the store and they tell you that it is not there that you go to the warehouse at a certain time someone else can go but they ask for copies of ine and a letter from the owner where he gives the right to the person to pick it up, brands and nobody responds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sólo había una persona trabajando, así que se hizo fila afuera, unos 15 minutos por persona, tardé bastante aunque sólo fui a recoger un paquete de MercadoLibre.
Si tienes prisa te recomiendo usar otro servicio de paquetería, como el DHL frente a Villas siempre atiende rápido.
La chica que me atendió se ve que está muy atareada, necesitan más personal simultáneo.
There was only one person working, so there was a queue outside, about 15 minutes per person, it took me a long time even though I only went to pick up a MercadoLibre package.
If you are in a hurry, I recommend using another parcel service, such as DHL in front of Villas, which always responds quickly.
The girl who attended me is very busy, they need more simultaneous staff.
