Not a single star deserves that place, it is unfortunate that the employees discredit the company in this way. I will never use Fedex again and if someone sees this, the truth is much better DHL

Why don't they ever answer the phone... It's Fedex please. They are worse than courier. And deliver on time, your page never resolves follow-ups. It's annoying why FEDEX is always a symbol of quality and guarantee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó que es más económico que otras paqueterías,esperaré noticias de que son eficientes ,por qué es la primera vez que ocupo está paquetería ,pero vallan por la mañana ,si les urge enviar su paquete o antes de las 4 ,por qué después de esa hora ya no pasa su paquete y hay que regresar otro día

Aun teniendo ahi tu paquete ya 4 dias no te lo entregan por que segun la entrega es a domicilio.
Bad experience. They don't answer the phone.
Even having your package there and after 4 days they do not deliver it to you because according to the delivery it is at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad me da mucha tristeza que Fedex de fuera haga bien su trabajo pero llegando alas oficinas de teziutlan es una lastima, tus paquetes los retienen por varios días, menos mal que no esta en sus manos mi vida si no estuviera escribiendo un difunto... Arreglen eso fedex teziutlan no manches la reputación de Fedex por qué otros si hacen bien su trabajo.
The truth is that it makes me very sad that FedEx abroad does its job well, but arriving at the Teziutlan offices is a shame, your packages are held for several days, luckily my life is not in their hands if I were not writing a deceased.. Fix that fedex teziutlan don't stain Fedex's reputation because others do their job well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice varios pedidos y la mayoría fueron por DHL, tienen días que me llegaron pero para mí mala suerte uno me tocó por Fedex y ya lleva una semana en su sucursal esperando que se les de la gana entregarlo.
I made several orders and most were by DHL, they have arrived for days but for me, bad luck, one was sent to me by Fedex and it has been in their branch for a week waiting for them to deliver it.

No puedo creer que siendo que en otros lados es un buen servicio .. en Teziutlán es deplorable... Y en su número nunca contestan por qué no existe el número
