★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el que brindan en esta sucursal. Siempre me hacen perder el tiempo y siempre buscan la forma de objetar el servicio. Solo dan problemas y nunca brindan una solución. Ultima vez que voy a a esa sucursal, si necesitan ir a una vayan a la de Calz. de la Viga 850. Son amable y siempre te brindan una solución a los problemas. Dan mala imagen a FEDEX.
Terrible service that they provide in this branch. They always waste my time and always find a way to object to the service. They only give problems and never provide a solution. Last time I go to that branch, if you need to go to one, go to Calz. de la Viga 850. They are friendly and always give you a solution to problems. They give FEDEX a bad image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo la actitud del que estaba ahí, hoy 8 de marzo del 22 a las 6:05 pm sino le gusta su trabajo que renuncie. Todo amargado, prepotente mal encarado y grosero. Es la primera vez que voy a esa sucursal y la última NO LA RECOMIENDO. Asco con su personal. Ojo ahí FedEx jamás me había pasado algo así como ahí con el tipo, donde puedo meter una queja y que corran a este nefasto tipejo
Terrible the attitude of the one who was there, today March 8, 22 at 6:05 pm if he doesn't like his job, he should resign. All bitter, arrogant bad faced and rude. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuia a devolver un paquete. Los empleados a pesar de que me vieron estar en mostrador no se inmutaron en atenderme hasta que terminaron su plática.. Si tienen asuntos personales que atender bien puede ser fuera de horario más no mientras están en horas laborales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El señor que atiende es bastante desagradable no le gusta su trabajo, por que carambas se emplean si no les gusta atender a los clientes ? Con mucho desagrado y hasta grosero me dijo deje ahí su paquete, tengo que pegar todas estas etiquetas eso fue hace 1 hora y aún no me llega ningún aviso de paquete recibido ojalá y no se pierda por que si no habrá que tomar acciones, esos de recursos humanos contraten personal que quiera trabajar que le guste hacer su trabajo, no empleados de 5a que no quieren no moverse.
