★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He realizado envíos antes y todo había salido bien, excepto hace unos días que fui y no me dejaron hacer el envío ya que no contaba con mi rfc y el del destinatario, según me dijeron que por disposición de la ley era necesario llevar los rfc's, y se negaron a recibir mi paquete; pero acudí a otra oficina Fedex y sin problemas me los recibieron, también he ido a otras paqueterias como Estafeta y Dhl y ninguno me a comentado esto, solo fue en esta sucursal. El hombre que me lo dijo era trabajador de Fedex Moreno, con pelo canoso y coleta.
I have made shipments before and everything had gone well, except a few days ago that I went and they did not let me make the shipment since I did not have my RFC and that of the recipient, as they told me that by law it was necessary to take the RFC's, and they refused to receive my package; but I went to another Fedex office and they received them without problems, I have also gone to other parcel companies such as Estafeta and Dhl and none have told me about this, it was only in this branch. The man who told me was a Fedex Moreno worker, with gray hair and a ponytail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido en muchas ocasiones a dejar paquetes, la atención es rápida y apoyan en las dudas. La único área de oportunidad es que a veces no tienen bien colocado el cubrebocas los trabajadores. Por esa razón 4 estrellas.
I have been many times to drop off packages, the service is quick and they support any doubts. The only area of opportunity is that workers sometimes do not have the mask on properly. For that reason 4 stars.
