★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guy only spoke Spanish but we managed he was very helpful I had to mail something to a address in Mexico and had an issue with not knowing how to write it out and he took care of everything and package ended up where it was supposed to. Was hard to find location because they don't have a lot of signs so when your GPS tells you your there your there just look close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably rude. So disorganized upfront. It's only at the desk, where I unfortunately have had to go several times to receive packages that were shipped to me as gifts that I knew nothing about. On three trips he was rude to me and kept saying I could not have it because I did not have the tracking#!!! That is not how FedEx works. To deny me my package with my Mexican ID is outrageous... Much less three times!
And finally a manager did come and help me after the rude desk worker told there was not one there! (All three times I had to stay there and refused to leave without my package!!)
All of the delivery men know me and are excellent!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never received my package. So I went to the office and there it was. All my other packages were delivered from Amazon except the one from FedEx. Tracking number said it was still in Cancun but it was sitting in the Cozumel office. The address was very specific so no reason it shouldn't have been delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and easy. Around 1000 pesos to send a Kilo of documents to the USA. Not cheap, but hey your on a Caribbean Island.
Takes around 4 to 5 days for that price. I think 2 to three days would be double the price.
All credit cards accepted, and you get a tracking number like always.
They take lunch from 3pm to 4pm, as they are closed.
