 They do not answer the phone you go and they do not give good service I do not lose faith that one day they will perform better greetings!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen número telefónico al que podamos preguntar,llamé a las otras sucursales para asegurarme de que si tienen servicio,llego y esta cerrado. Al menos DHL no desaprovechó mi envio.
They do not have a phone number that we can ask, I called the other branches to make sure that if they have service, I arrive and it is closed. At least DHL did not waste my shipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueno, bonito y barato no existen... el servicio de entrega y recolección son excepcionales, pero la mitad de las veces no está laborando la oficina y se tiene que pedir el favor directamente a la bodega.
Well, nice and cheap don't exist... the delivery and collection service are exceptional, but half of the time the office is not working and you have to ask the favor directly to the warehouse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué y estaba cerrado en horario laboral tuve que tocar mucho para que saliera la empleada y ya pasaron 3 días mi venta de mercado libre no se manda o no se actualiza y eso afecta mi reputacion como vendedor.
I arrived and it was closed during business hours, I had to knock a lot for the employee to come out and it's been 3 days, my free market sale is not sent or is not updated and that affects my reputation as a seller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a dejar un paquete vendido por mercado libre, entiendo que nada es gratis pero en serio cobrarte 1 m de cinta a 10 pesos y no poder pagar con otro metodo dicha cinta mas que con efectivo y aunado a eso no tener feria para un simple billete de 100 pesos, deberian colocar algun cartel o aviso de dicha circunstancia, la chica en lugar de apoyarte a buscar una solucion se pone a decir que es su trabajo y que asi se lo indica su empresa, lo cual es comprensible. Creo que la empresa le falta una cultura de atención al cliente y de mi parte me llevo una mala experiencia de atencion.
I went to leave a package sold by the free market, I understand that nothing is free but seriously charging you 1 m of tape at 10 pesos and not being able to pay for said tape with another method other than cash and added to that not having a fair for a simple ticket of 100 pesos, they should place a poster or notice of said circumstance, the girl instead of supporting you to find a solution starts saying that it is her job and that her company tells her so, which is understandable. I think the company lacks a culture of customer service and I got a bad customer service experience from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las veces que he utilizado el servicio de FedEx ha sido siempre excelente sin embargo en esta sucursal particularmente he tenido la “suerte” de que no haya sistema.
De acuerdo a lo que la empleada me dice es un problema recurrente en esta oficina y bueno, creo que una empresa del tamaño y renombre como FedEx debería atender este tipo de situaciones.
The times I have used the FedEx service it has always been excellent, however in this particular branch I have been "lucky" that there is no system.
According to what the employee tells me, it is a recurring problem in this office and, well, I think that a company as big and renowned as FedEx should deal with this type of situation.
