"NO ENCUENTRAN EL DOMICILIO", soy asiduo comprador en línea y solo esta paquetería no encuentra mi domicilio, y no es la primera vez, ojalá quiten la franquicia de Ramos Arizpe o cambien al responsable de la sucursal.
Están quemando la marca por gente irresponsable, no es nada personal.
 Terrible service, THEY TELL LIES,
"THEY CAN'T FIND THE ADDRESS", I'm a regular online shopper and only this parcel can't find my address, and it's not the first time, I hope they remove the Ramos Arizpe franchise or change the person in charge of the branch.
They are burning the brand by irresponsible people, it's nothing personal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expect at least 1 week with your package "lost" in this FedEx station. They can't find your things and when you call client service they told you to call next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rather use DHL or UPS, FEDEX at Saltillo are never able to deliver on time or at the addresses they are supposed to deliver. Now, if you want your package to be lost for weeks then this is the right company for you.
