★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having a horrible experience at the FedEx in Progresso, I was referred here by another FedEx office in Las Americas. This location in Merida was like a ray of sunshine after a storm. Not only did he make shipping my international package a breeze, this gentleman was very kind and considerate. He did ask a lot of questions but it made me feel better knowing that he got all the information he needed to ship my package properly. He did speak very good English since my Spanish is almost non-existent. I can't tell you how much I appreciated his help. I wish all FedEx location's did business like this! THANK YOU!
