★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan muchísimo para entregar tanto para buscar tu paquete si vas a buscarlo en la paquetería ? no lo recomiendo para nada, prometen entregar rápido pero siempre ocurre "algo"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención ya que para mandar unos documentos te piden el RFC donde los vas a mandar, mientras que en DHL ellos generan el RFC.
Bad attention since to send some documents they ask you for the RFC where you are going to send them, while in DHL they generate the RFC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los empleados atienden de mala gana como si uno no pagara el servicio de paquetería, sinceramente pésimo servicio por parte del personal, tardan en llegar al lugar de destino comparado a lo que es DHL, nada que ver con el Servicio que ofrece FedEx international ahí se les doy un 10 pero nacional no.
The employees reluctantly attend as if one did not pay for the parcel service, honestly terrible service by the staff, they take time to reach the destination compared to what DHL is, nothing to do with the Service offered by FedEx international there is I give them a 10 but not national.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pague un servicio express y me dieron fecha de entrega y todo bien hasta ese momento y el servicio que me otorgaron fue como si hubiera pagado el económico de 2 días de entrega paso a ser de 5 días mi paquete llego retrasado asignándole inconvenientes y lo ubico que hicieron fue decirme que puedo optar por otra paquetera y así lo haré ya que no me resolvieron nada
Terrible service, I paid an express service and they gave me a delivery date and everything was fine until that moment and the service they gave me was as if I had paid the economic 2-day delivery, it became 5 days, my package was delayed, assigning it inconveniences and What they did was tell me that I can choose another package and I will do so since they did not solve anything for me
