El joven no atiende bien y te dice que esperes afuera (en la calle).
Muy aparte no explica bien y es demaciado déspota.
Me revisó y abrió mi paquete sin permiso, porque se espantó que le dijera que era una pistola de hidrogel. Según su definición de "arma" no aplicaba el envío aunque fuera de Gel. De lo más absurdo el tipo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio uno déspota y nefasto prohibiendo la entrada mientras el local solo y el jugando con una caja,el otro llevo una guía prepagada para mí envío y no me lo acepta porque quería saber dónde la había comprado y código, siendo que la guía me las da la empresa donde trabajo para enviar mi información.. como es posible si ya está pagado que le importa quien haya comprado la guía .. no entiende que ese dinero ya contribuyó a pagar su sueldo..como es posible que mantenga esas personas en un servicio donde el trato hacia el cliente hace la diferencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¿Por qué cobran comisión extra al querer pagar con tarjeta? Además de ser de muy mal gusto la Profeco dice que esto es una mala práctica comercial. Tienen pésima actitud al atender. Me refiero a los de Fedex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque es una estación sencilla y de acceso rápido, la sala de espera ahora son unos baños públicos independientes de AU, aparte no hay ni una silla para esperar. Soluciona el traslado, y es eficaz ya que es rápido el acceso porque constantemente están llegando autobuses. Una salita de espera como tienen son usar estaría muy bien.
