★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, estuve marcando antes de ir a la sucursal para asegurarme que si estuviera mi paquete , y nadie contesta el teléfono, por suerte fui y si estaba mi paquete , solo demoraron porque no lo encontraban ??♀️ pero ahí 4 personas ahí sentadas y ninguna me pudo contestar la llamada. Pésimo lugar !
Terrible, I was dialing before going to the branch to make sure that if my package was there, and no one answers the phone, luckily I went and if my package was, they only delayed because they could not find it ??♀️ but there 4 people sitting there and none could answer the call. Terrible place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no solo caro, sino su servicio a clientes pésimo, no contestan en las sucursales, hay que llamar a un numero en cd de mex, que no resuelve nada... los repartidores o "el sistema" no respetas las indicaciones que se les dejan, difícil contactarlos para coordinar la entrega, prácticamente el paquete secuestrado 3 dias, pague por un servicio de entrega a domicilio y termine yendo yo a recogerlo a una sucursal!!!. No vuelvo a usar esta paquetería, mil veces mejor el servicio de DHL o Estafeta!!!.
Terrible service, not only expensive, but their customer service terrible, they do not answer at the branches, you have to call a number in cd de mex, which does not solve anything ... the distributors or "the system" do not respect the indications that They are left, difficult to contact them to coordinate the delivery, practically the package kidnapped 3 days, I paid for a home delivery service and I ended up going to pick it up at a branch !!!.
