★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un viaje por medio de Felgueres y pedi un reembolso por lo de covid mismo que le reembolso Viator a felgueres a finales de marzo ya que hable directo con Viator. Felgueres dice que no le han pagado lo cual es dificil y lo puedo comprobar , mi asesora me da largas pero la verdad es que la agencia se jinetea dinero que no es suyo . Lo que compre yo directo con mi tarjeta esta todo reembolsado lo que compre con Felgueres no. No tengo respuesta alguna.
Buy a trip through Felgueres and ask for a reimbursement for the same covid that reimbursed Viator to felgueres at the end of March and speak directly with Viator. Felgueres says that they have not paid him which is difficult and I can verify it, my advisor gives me lengths but the truth is that the agency rides money that is not theirs.
