horrible service. before my arrival I was contacted by Marcela super pushy because I wanted to get my early stay and also charge a deposit of 350USD, which did not come out in the terms of booking. I had to answer several times very strong he did not agree that I want to apply terms that were not the page. Until she resisted. Anyway I took 2 days before my debit card with which he had reserved. The deal is not something you would expect for such an expensive place. (I paid 19,200 pesos in total for 4 nights, I mean almost 5,000 pesos per night ... for this price I would expect a friendly and helpful service.) Good: the place not worth what it costs. The rooms are a bit simpler to imagine the photos. But the worst is that it makes a noise very strong: everything is listening to pipe water from other bathrooms, elevator, everything. If it was cheaper I would say ok, because the location is good and the rooms are not ugly, but for this price of almost 5,000 pesos per night, really not worth it! Best had booked a luxury hotel for this price. Really there are better options for half the price. This place does not recommend it. --- aaa internet did not work well, very slow and with many interruptions: so I was impossible to work in the computable I had to go to a cafe to work. I reported to the guard down, but the answer was equally unhelpful "aaa ... because if I check and if there internet" - I told him very slow and very expensive place to be really that bad. He did not care much. Twice the power went out and a transformer caught fire or something muyyyy loud. Twice at night, other guests tried to enter my door. Really quality and service seems more hostel. Not worth 5,000 pesos per night. For this price I would have imagined another standard. Nor is hot water all the time and smells slightly sprinkler pipe.

Nicest apartment hotel i have ever seen. We had the 3bdrm 3bath apartment and it is nothing short of breathtaking. More than enough room for 6 adults

We stayed here in August of 2018 (It's located next door to the Red Tree House) in a 3 bed, 3 bath apartment, and it was more than enough room for 2 kids, 2 adults. The elevators open up directly into the units; it seems as if most units are full-floor. There is daily cleaning service, along with 24/7 security. Viadora also sells one of the best guidebooks I've seen for eating/drinking in CDMX; around $20 USD--you can buy them directly from the security desk in the lobby.
