★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar el bonito y son muy amables. Sin embargo tenía un embarazo de alto riesgo y ¡no lo sabía!.
Fui a otra clínica (por una segunda opinión) donde ahí sí me explicaron lo que podía pasar conmigo y con mi bebé. Afortunadamente todo salió bien pero no tuve a mi bebé ahí.
Creo que deberían ser mas serios en ese tema, y no tomar tan a la ligera los antecedentes de los pacientes.
 The place is beautiful and they are very friendly. However, she had a high-risk pregnancy and didn't know it!
I went to another clinic (for a second opinion) where they did explain to me what could happen to me and my baby. Fortunately everything went well but I didn't have my baby there.
I think they should be more serious about that, and not take the patient's history so lightly.

Te hacen esperar de una a dos horas, no importa si es cita o no, si es una gripe o una emergencia, LITERALMENTE necesitas llegar en situación de vida o muerte para que te atiendan. ROGELIO GUILLEN es relativamente un buen médico sin embargo NO compensa el servicio que ofrece, mucho menos para considerarse clínica privada....
La recepcionista solo esta de adorno y cuando he ido me he percatado que dejan los teléfonos sonando mientras se quedan platicando entre las enfermeras y/o la recepcionista

They make you wait one to two hours, it doesn't matter if it's an appointment or not, if it's a flu or an emergency, LITERALLY you need to arrive in a life-threatening situation to be treated. ROGELIO GUILLEN is a relatively good doctor, however, it does NOT make up for the service he offers, much less to be considered a private clinic ....
The receptionist is only for decoration and when I have gone I have noticed that they leave the phones ringing while they are talking between the nurses and / or the receptionist

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No importa que tengas Cita. puedes perder hasta hora y media o mas, no las respetan ni te avisan que vas a pasar tarde para saber si te vas o te quedas.
It doesn't matter if you have a date. You can lose up to an hour and a half or more, they do not respect them or tell you that you are going to be late to find out if you are going or staying.

Resuelven todas tus dudas y te orientan adecuadamente. Precios justos. Vale la pena la espera para que te atiendan. El doctor Rogelio Guillén una excelentísima persona y muy preparado. Definitivamente sea cual sea el caso o la necesidad están para atenderme.
Excellent service from the doctors, secretaries, nurses and cleaning staff. Beautiful facilities and state-of-the-art medical equipment. They solve all your doubts and guide you properly. Fair prices. It's worth the wait to be served. Dr. Rogelio Guillén is an excellent person and very prepared. Definitely whatever the case or need, they are here to assist me.
