★ ★ ★ ★ ★ es increíble como algunos clientes transforman las situaciones a su comodidad regresan el camión que iba a entregarles a bodega y no lo reciben por cuestiones personales y no se les cobra mas mercancía regada yo en lo personal hubiera sacado fotos de todo esas incomodidades sin embargo el sr recibió su menaje a prisa por irse a una fiesta y después de un mes nos dice todas sus incomodidades ningún seguro se va hacer cargo de este asunto si al momento de recibir su menaje no reclama y comenta que todo estaba bien pero es gente soberbia y con falta de ética y principios

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Femi Relocation seemed cheaper than other companies. Unfortunately, I got what I paid for. Three out of my nine boxes arrived damaged and broken. We never got the complete information about the insurance and now nobody seems to take care of the damages. Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm happy to improve the rating when they can tell me when my things will be here. I'm waiting to here from their corporate office in New Jersey??was today's excuse. I dont see anything showing New Jersey on their website. Was told 2 to 4 weeks at the latest. Ended up being 800 more than quoted. Friday will be 4 weeks. Should my things be delivered by then I will improve the rating. On the upside they do respond every day to tell me they dont have an update... Currently I could not recommend this firm if you want your things timely or if you want answers on where things are. It was a holiday, so hopefully I can improve their rating if I get an answer tomorrow.
