★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, lleve mi bicicleta temprano por que me urgía tenerla arreglada, según la persona que me atendió no tenia gran ciencia en la reparación que en unas horas quedaba, que regresara a las 4 pm, regrese a la hora dicha y veo mi bici aun ahí sin que le hicieran nada y pregunto y la respuesta es, queda antes de las 6 pm "es que apenas voy a comer", perfecto, me retire para regresar a la hora señalada y resulta que ya la tenían guardada porque ya iba a cerrar y no tuvo tiempo y me dice que la compostura iba a tardar hasta el otro día y ya eran más las reparaciones que según el tenia que hacer y por supuesto más caro, no recomiendo ni un poco este lugar, no es gente responsable y no te hablan con la verdad.
Very bad service, I took my bike early because it was urgent for me to have it fixed, according to the person who attended me, I did not have great science in the repair that in a few hours remained, that I would return at 4 pm, return at the said time and see my bike even there without them doing anything and I ask and the answer is, it is before 6 pm "it's just that I'm going to eat", perfect, I retire to return at the appointed time and it turns out that they already had it saved because I was going to close and he did not have time and he tells me that the composure would take until the next day and there were already more repairs that according to him had to do and of course more expensive, I do not recommend this place one bit, they are not responsible people and not they speak to you with the truth.

Estuve más de 15 minutos esperando a ser atendido, (más del tiempo que estuve 'formado' esperando a que atendieran a los que estaban antes que yo). 3 personas en el taller y ninguno me dió atenciones, dos haciendo trabajos menores y una en la caja que tampoco me atendió estando relativamente desocupada.
Se que a veces está pesada la carga de trabajo, es entendible, pero eso no te exime de una mínima atención al cliente y por lo menos decir que serás atendido en unos momentos.
Ninguno con cubrebocas a pesar de tener indicaciones sanitarias.
Será un taller que me queda a minutos de mi domicilio, pero esta situación me hace reconsiderar visitarlo de nuevo.
Decidí irme porque jamás me atendieron y tampoco se les veían intenciones de hacerlo. Iba a dejarles mi bicicleta a alineación de aros.
Terrible workshop.
I was more than 15 minutes waiting to be attended, (more than the time I was 'trained' waiting for those who were before me to be attended). 3 people in the workshop and none of them gave me any attention, two doing minor jobs and one at the cashier who also didn't attend to me being relatively unoccupied.
I know that sometimes the workload is heavy, it is understandable, but that does not exempt you from a minimum attention to the client and at least say that you will be attended in a few moments.
None with face masks despite having health indications.
It will be a workshop that is minutes from my home, but this situation makes me reconsider visiting it again.
I decided to leave because they never attended to me and they did not see any intention of doing so. I was going to drop them off my bike at rim alignment.
