★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. They picked us up at the airport and let us drop off the car at a different location. Fénix has the best prices. You will get an older car with manual transmission. I liked that our car did not make us stand out as tourists. The guy even gave me his personal number and said I could call him 24 hours a day and that he would come help us if needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldnt get a rental thru mexc after booking a car because of my debit. so they were there to give me a better deal had to leave a very large deposit tho irrelevantly they are dishonest when i returned the automobile they figurativel wanted to pocket a few dollars... they had damaged their own rental purposely so they could gyp some cash

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a car. Took off with 1/8 of a tank. Filled it up. Took the hwy and the steering wheel was shaking more than a Hawaiian ballerina. Went back, was given an much older car plus did not want to credit me with the full tank of gas I had just filled on the piece of junk they gave me. The replacement car was on 1/8 as well so I had to fill it up again. Gave me a whole bunch of lies to avoid giving me credit on the fuel and even loss of time. These people are crooks. Please don't rent from them!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank goodness for Fenix Car Rental. After our original reservation was cancelled on our arrival to Cancun Airport an awesome gentleman working there got in touch with Willie at Fenix and they scrambled to find us a car at the last minute, and at a very fair price. They came and quickly picked us up from the airport and brought us back to their office. We filled out paperwork with no added sales pitch, paid for our rental with a low deposit and were on our way. The car was well loved but was exactly what we needed for our trip to Tulum. On our return we dropped off the car, got our deposit returned, and were brought back to the airport. Their english is good, service is even better, and they saved our vacation. We would definitely rent with them again.
