★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Christian, the proprietor and barristo, welcomes customers and makes small talk in Spanish, English and French. Excellent coffees and pastries, breakfasts and light lunches. Comfortable seating and smooth jazz makes this a great place to spend time alone or with friends.
2022 Update—The cafe has become busier post-Covid, but Christian, with the help of baristos Roberto and David, and waiter Cesar, has managed to keep it friendly and chill. Live soft music most mornings. Furnishings have been updated and menu items added. Coffee is easily the best in Melaque. Try the breakfast potato and the breakfast sandwich. Highly recommend.
