Me fue muy mal con el despacho. El abogado se vendió a la contra parte y hay documentos que lo demuestran. Debió de al menos avisar que se volvió cliente de la otra parte a mitad del proceso.
En específico el abogado que me tocó, Pedro Martínez, no tenía los conocimientos técnicos mínimos para ejercer la profesión.
Es una lastima que permiten a personas como esta ejercer la abogacía, debería de hacer un examen de capacidades como en USA antes de darles su cedula profesional.
Honestamente no lo demande ni denuncie ante el colegio porque ya estaba muy desgastado con los pleitos, pero sin duda debi denunciar al Colegio al menos.
Este tipo de personas le hacen daño a la sociedad al venderse al mejor postor monetario y traicionar a sus clientes.
Sin duda es una desgracia para su Alma Mater la Universidad Intercontinental y para todo el gremio de abogados.
No se lo recomendaría ni a mis enemigos.

The office went very badly for me. The lawyer was sold to the other party and there are documents that prove it. He should have at least notified that he became a client of the other party midway through the process.
Specifically, the lawyer who touched me, Pedro Martínez, did not have the minimum technical knowledge to practice the profession.
It is a shame that people like this are allowed to practice law, you should do a skills test like in the USA before giving them your professional license.
Honestly, I did not sue or report it to the school because I was already very worn out with the lawsuits, but without a doubt you should have reported the School at least.
These types of people harm society by selling themselves to the highest monetary bidder and betraying their clients.
Undoubtedly the Intercontinental University and the entire bar association are a disgrace for his Alma Mater.
I would not recommend it even to my enemies.
