★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio solicité una pieza y ni siquiera checaron(había 3 señoritas las cuales estaban en el celular) y ninguna verifico si tenía en existencia en su sistema y ni siquiera se levantaron haber si lo tenia en su bodega apesar de haberles pasado el código 27974 de la pieza que ocupaba muy muy muy mal
 Terrible service I requested a piece and they did not even check (there were 3 ladies who were on the cell phone) and none of them verified if it had in stock in their system and they did not even get up to have it in their warehouse despite having passed the code 27974 of the room that I was occupying very very very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visite este lugar para una reparación de mi licuadora y el trabajo lo hicieron rápidamente, tenían la refacción disponible y no tardaron más de 15 minutos en hacerlo. Y el precio fue justo. Lo recomiendo ampliamanete.
Visit this place for a repair of my blender and the job was done quickly, they had the spare part available and took no more than 15 minutes to do. And the price was right. I highly recommend it.

Incluso encontré un soporte para una tapa de vidrio de una estufa Whirlpool que pensé que no hallaría en ningún lado. Mucha variedad en refacciones, este negocio ya tiene mucho tiempo en Saltillo y es muy conocido por técnicos que reparan electrodomésticos.
In this place you can find many spare parts for appliances. I even found a support for a glass top from a Whirlpool stove that I thought I wouldn't find anywhere. A lot of variety in spare parts, this business has been in Saltillo for a long time and is well known by technicians who repair electrical appliances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hable por teléfono preguntando por empaque de refrigerador y me dijeron que si tenian que solo llevara la muestra pero al llegar la chica que atiende no sabe si tienen ese tipo de empaque y me da 4 tipos para que me ponga a buscar en vez de que ella lo haga, al final no tenian, solo fui a perder mi tiempo. El refrigerador es MABE, modelo MGT41XJTA

Y aparte quieren que lleves muestras. Si no no te atienden, al menos me pasó
Very bad service until it seems that one is going to beg a bad character despotic treatment, there is no humanity. 2 times I went to that business and to bear that hard face, a business is supposed to provide service and quality, good treatment, whoever it is. And they also want you to bring samples. If they don't, they don't take care of you, at least it happened to me
