★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Parece que te hacen favores por venderte. Hay una gran mafia en embarques y si no les pagas el flete hacen imposible recoger tu material.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una de mis mayores malas experiencias como comprador de acero, ha sido hoy en esta razon social (FERRE BARNIEDO) la cual conozco desde hace muchos años, no soy asiduo comprador por el precio que ultimamente reflejan, pero lo del dia de hoy es verdaderamente patetico, tanto en atencion de ventas como en respuesta a sus errores y sobretodo en demora en el servicio de carga y seguimiento del pedido, entrando nuestro trasporte a las 10:00 am y saliendo sobre las 16:00 pm. tiempo fuera de lo comun para el volumen de carga que amparaba el pedido, ademas de que sus errores han ocasionado que tengamos que haber hecho 3 (tres) trasferencias para liquidar una misma factura, acto del todo irregular. Ojala esta critica constructiva les sirva para mejorar, y su atencion hacia el cliente sea acorde a los momentos de desarrollo que vivimos actualmente.
One of my biggest bad experiences as a steel buyer, has been today in this social reason (FERRE BARNIEDO) which I have known for many years, I am not a regular buyer for the price that they reflect lately, but what is today is truly pathetic , both in attention to sales and in response to their errors and especially in delay in the service of loading and tracking of the order, entering our transport at 10:00 am and leaving about 16:00 pm. time out of the ordinary for the volume of cargo covered by the order, in addition to the fact that its errors have caused us to have made 3 (three) transfers to settle the same invoice, an entirely irregular act. Hopefully this constructive criticism will serve to improve them, and their attention to the client will be in accordance with the moments of development that we are currently experiencing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uhmmm. Principalmente alguno de sus empleados si les gusta su trabajo. Otros no. Lo hacen de mala gana. En tiempo de lluvia no hay donde cubrirse mientras le piden los datos en el primer contacto. No piensan en el cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veo que he tenido mala suerte porque es PÉSIMO EL SERVICIO Y ATENCIÓN, por parte de las vendedoras asignadas y si hablas para preguntar porque no te atienden se niega la recepcionista a darte información, aunque se entiende, es tan complicada la seguridad en el país. Ojalá alguien reporte mi opinión y me pueda indicar con quién se tiene que hablar para que te puedan por lo menos contestar un correo con nombre y fecha. Incluso les hecho saber en los correos que a la fecha siguen sin contestarme. Excelente día.
I see that I have been unlucky because the SERVICE AND ATTENTION, on the part of the assigned saleswomen, is AWFUL and if you speak to ask why they do not attend you, the receptionist refuses to give you information, although it is understood, security is so complicated in the country. Hopefully someone reports my opinion and can tell me who to talk to so that they can at least reply to an email with a name and date. I even let them know in the emails that to date they still haven't answered me. Excellent day.
