Te dicen si a todo con tal de vender y a la mera hora hacen lo que quieren, no cumplen entregas en fecha y hora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He comprado de forma regular durante 2 años en esta está empresa, recientemente me mandaron unas placas con un corte malísimo irregularidades de hasta 9mm, peor aún cuando fui a cambiarlas dijeron que no era material de ellos cuestionando mi honestidad, les he escrito correos a los gerentes y no contestan.
I have bought regularly for 2 years in this company, recently they sent me some badly cut plates with irregularities of up to 9mm, worse still when I went to change them they said that it was not their material questioning my honesty, I have written emails to the managers and they don't answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, marque para una cotización, me pasaron la llamada con alguien mas, según no me escuchaba, colgó, volví a marcar varias veces mas y ya no atendieron mi llamada..... No compren aquí, hay otras opciones. Ojala gerencia les de algunas lecciones de atención al cliente.
Terrible service, I called for a quote, they passed me the call with someone else, as he was not listening to me, he hung up, I dialed several more times and they no longer answered my call ..... Do not buy here, there are other options. Hopefully management will give you some lessons in customer service.

Tiene una pésima actitud y una pésima educación. ¿Cómo es posible que, siendo clientes preferentes y haciendo pedidos de esa magnitud, nos trate una empleada así? Le pregunté el nombre para reportarla y tampoco me lo quiso dar. Alzó la voz desde el momento en el que levantó el teléfono.
