★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultima vez que me paro en este establecimiento, la política de cambio y devolución totalmente leonina y a modo, no me quisieron hacer cambio primero porque no hacen cambio después porque solo hacen cambio en la primer semana, ósea no quieren hacer cambios los agentes de venta ni el "encargado" de la sucursal de Luis Moya, en sus facturas dice literalmente que todo cambio genera un 20% de comisión, nunca dice que no se hacen cambios ni que solo en la primera semana. Como para hacer una querella en la PROFECO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era Cliente de este negocio, en la Sucursal de Lopez ,compre 6 Lamparas de Emergencia di el modelo cotizaron pero al recoger no era , les dije las devolveria tardaban en contestar, se les llama no contestan lo dejan en la linea , paso el tiempo y salieron conque ya habian hecho corte y el gerente ya no autorizaba no aceptaron su error, en mostrador las Señoras que atienden siempre enojadas atienden de mala manera, muy mal servicio , mala experiencia ya no les comprare ,,,!!
I was a client of this business, at the Lopez Branch, I bought 6 Emergency Lamps I gave the model they quoted but when I picked it up it was not, I told them I would return them they took a long time to answer, they are called they do not answer they leave it on the line, time passed and They came out so they had already made a cut and the manager no longer authorized, they did not accept their mistake, at the counter the ladies who serve are always angry, they serve in a bad way, very bad service, bad experience I will not buy from them anymore ,,!!
