★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos abusivos, quise hacer válida la garantía de un Hidro que compre con ellos (tiene 5 años de garantía y se me daño al 3), y para cambiármelo me pidieron pagar el tiempo que lo había usado, siendo que en otros negocios el cambio del equipo te lo hacen sin costo alguno, (como debe ser) inclusive la marca así lo establece. Al comentarlo con la persona que me volvió a instalar el Hidro, me comentó que en el medio, tienen esa fama de gandallas.
They are abusive, I wanted to make the guarantee of a Hydro that I bought with them valid (it has a 5 year warranty and I was damaged at 3), and to change it, they asked me to pay the time I had used it, being that in other businesses the change they do it to you at no cost, (as it should be), even the brand says so. Commenting on it with the person who reinstalled the Hidro, he told me that in the middle, they have that reputation for gandals.
