Nos prometieron una fecha de entrega para un martes y cuando hablamos el martes en la tarde para ver por que no habian llegado, asi sin mas: “ es que el proovedor no nos entregó, si Dios quiere el viernes le entregamos” fatal !
Terrible very informal service. Also Ms. Angelica Rojas has no idea how to treat clients. They promised us a delivery date for a Tuesday and when we spoke on Tuesday afternoon to see why they had not arrived, just like that: "the supplier did not deliver us, if God wants on Friday we will deliver him" fatal!

En la mayoría de los locales, como en este los calentadores son arreglados y vendidos como nuevos
If you are going to buy a heater or plumbing material, I do not recommend going to portals, prices are higher than in department stores and they do not give guarantee or attention if the heaters go bad. In most places, like this one, the heaters are repaired and sold as new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, Angélica Rojas (ventas) y la dueña son unas mentirosas, te enredan para que termines comprando a base de mentiras. Además es un lugar muy caro, sus precios para nada son competitivos, en el mercado de enfrente dan mucho más barato, manejan las mismas marcas.Por favor no compren nada en ese establecimiento, son unas ratas. Me vendieron un boiler marca Novanet, dijeron que no importaba la presión de agua y sorpresa, al instalarlo no funcionó.
Terrible service, Angelica Rojas (sales) and the owner are liars, they entangle you so that you end up buying based on lies. It is also a very expensive place, their prices are not competitive at all, in the market in front they give much cheaper, they handle the same brands. Please do not buy anything in that establishment, they are rats. They sold me a Novanet boiler, they said that it did not matter the pressure of water and surprise, when installing it it did not work.
