★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo su servicio telefónico. Desconozco como sea en tienda pero si así como atienden una llamada ofrecen un servicio presencial, jamás compraría algo con ellos. Solicité una cotización de un solo producto y llevo esperándola seis horas aproximadamente. Cuando marqué una señorita me contesto de manera cortante diciéndome que si no me ha llegado la contestación, es porque hay muchas cotizaciones en fila y contestan conforme van llegando sus correos. ¡Si como no! Al parecer son tan ineptos e ineficientes que ni contestar correos pueden hacer bien. ¡¡Malisimo trato telefónico!!
Bad phone service. I don't know how it is in the store but if they answer a call, they will never buy anything with them. I requested a quote for a single product and I have been waiting for it for approximately six hours. When I marked a young lady, she answered me sharply, telling me that if the answer has not come to me, it is because there are many quotes in a row and they answer as their mails arrive. Yes of course! Apparently they are so inept and inefficient that not even answering emails can do well. Bad phone deal !!
