★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia no fue nada bueno hice una compra de una herramienta al ver que no contaba con las características que yo requería fui a efectuar el cambio de.principio cuando compre el sr edmundo muy atento cuando fue al cambio grosero y déspota me mando con el gerente un señor sin educación sin preparación pero muy abusivo me dijo que si realizaba el cambio pero que le tenía que pagar el 30% del total de mi tiket que fue de 4.055.00 le pregunté que si ese carga aparecía en mi nota y que dijo que no entonces no entiendo si de verdad son policías de ferrekuper o es tranza del encargado yo compro en muchos lugares nunca me había sucedido algo así yo por pronto no vuelvo a comprar con ustedes hay mil opciones más y mi dinero vale donde sea que yo me pare.
My experience was not good at all, I made a purchase of a tool when I saw that it did not have the characteristics that I required, I went to make the change at the beginning when I bought Mr. Edmundo very attentive when he went to the rude and despotic change he sent me to the manager An uneducated, unprepared but very abusive man told me that if I made the change but that I had to pay him 30% of my total ticket, which was 4,055.00, I asked him if that charge appeared on my note and that he said that no then I don't understand if they are really police officers from ferrekuper or it is the manager's transaction, I buy in many places something like this has never happened to me, for soon I will not buy with you again, there are a thousand more options and my money is worth wherever I stand .

Terrible service. Sounds like they're doing you a favor by selling you. The prices are sky high and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO lugar, compre una bomba de agua que al poco tiempo dejo de funcionar (solo la use 15 días) después de eso creí que no habría problema por la garantía porque había pasado poco tiempo pero NO me pusieron muchos peros y al final no me la cambiaron sino que la "arreglaron" tardaron alrededor de 2 meses en devolvérmela. NUNCA REGRESARÉ suelen ser precios bajos que de nada sirven si lo que te venden es defectuoso
AWFUL place, I bought a water pump that soon stopped working (I only used it for 15 days) after that I thought there would be no problem because of the warranty because a short time had passed but they did NOT give me many buts and in the end I did not they changed but "fixed" it took about 2 months to return it to me. I WILL NEVER RETURN They are usually low prices that are useless if what they sell you is defective
