★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia, no compren aquí no se los recomiendo nada. Tenemos los albañiles parados y pagándoles pero el material sin llegar, la persona encargada con una pésima actitud.
Primero nos dijeron que era por qué teníamos que pagar antes de entregar lo cual hicimos y nos entregaron después de días. Después en el segundo pedido nos pidieron el comprobante de pago el cual realizamos y es día que no entregan, fue uno de los albañiles a preguntar y le dijo muy despota la encargada que necesitaba que se lo mandáramos digital, nos dio un celular para enviárselo y el celular no existe.
Es día que no hay material, está todo pagado y no podemos empezar además de tener los albañiles ahí parados si. Poder hacer nada. Ojalá cambien de personal o el dueño se ponga las pilas definitivamente no volvemos a comprar ahí.
Terrible experience, do not buy here I do not recommend anything. We have the bricklayers standing and paying them but the material did not arrive, the person in charge with a terrible attitude.
First they told us it was why we had to pay before delivery which we did and they delivered after days. Then in the second order they asked us for the payment receipt which we made and it is the day that they do not deliver, one of the masons asked him and the manager told him very despot that he needed us to send it digitally, he gave us a cell phone to send it to him and the cell phone does not exist.
It is a day that there is no material, everything is paid for and we cannot start besides having the masons standing there. To be able to do anything. Hopefully they change staff or the owner gets the hang of it, we will definitely not buy there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What makes the store fantastic is the staff are so kind and helpful. My first experience was I needed a dryer vent. They just so happened to have one hidden on the top shelf. Our propane tank need to be installed and one of the guys came over to do so. I needed a lawn tools one day but they were close and ready to go home. They flagged me over and still let me in to shop. You do not see that level of service often and I really appreciate it. My clerk made a fun request the next time I'm in town so I guess I must visit again. Fantastic place to shop.
