Llamó por telefono para reclamar sobre unos costales que le llevamos y que según ella no nos dieron en su negocio. Muy mal que no controlen a sus empleados y ni conozcan los productos que entregan y en que los entregan, ya que no se tiene necesidad de inventarse costales que cuestan 1 peso. Lamentable que pierdan clientes por situaciones como esta.
Bad experience in the service, the lady who attends, sometimes attends well and sometimes not. Customer service is not consistently good.
She called by phone to complain about some bags that we brought her and that according to her they did not give us in her business. Too bad that they do not control their employees and do not know the products they deliver and in which they are delivered, since there is no need to invent bags that cost 1 peso. Unfortunately they lose customers for situations like this.
